Fresh cheese curd is rolled in chili flakes and dried for a long period in our caves. Pyro Puck is served as small shavings, much as a truffle or Parmesan would be shaved to embellish culinary wonders. This is a hot & spicy cheese!! If you like hot, you must give this cheese a try!
