King Cole with Cacoa Nibs

This limited edition cheese is only produced once a year and is quite possibly our most inticing cheese yet. Our classic King Cole curd is infused with cacao nibs during the salting process.  Our cheesemakers carefully control the temperature and humidity while aging the cheese for minimum 4 months, to really integrate the flavours.  If your mouth isn’t watering yet, read that description again! Paired with our 2021 Upper Bench Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, this is a once-in-a lifetime flavor experience. Those who enjoy whites, there is no better pairing than our Riesling, it's a song on your palate.
