Corks & Curds Members you will be receiving the following 6 wines (two bottles each) and three pieces of hand-crafted cheese.

Wine:

2023 Riesling - brand new release

Nose: honey suckle, orange blossom, peach 🍑, apple

Palate: green apple 🍏, lime, blood orange, minerality

2023 Rosé - we saved the last of this vintage for you!

Nose: strawberries, watermelon 🍉 raspberry

Palate: Rainer cherry and strawberry 🍓with a crisp finish

2021 Merlot

Nose: black cherry 🍒 cacao, liquorice and graphite

Palate: pomegranate, cherry 🍒 cloves and sage with a lively acidity.

Cheese:

French Gold - our original washed rind infused with French herbs.

Pepper Puck - this hard, grating cheese should be grated on everything from soups, roasted veggies, eggs, salad & any grilled protein.

King Cole - our most popular blue cheese, our Stilton style, a creamy flavourful blue.
