Corks & Curds Members you will be receiving the following 6 wines (two bottles each) and three pieces of hand-crafted cheese.

Wine:

2022 Chardonnay - brand new release

Nose: honey 🍯, lilac, vanilla.

Palate: cantalope, Pear 🍐, orange blossom, ambrosia apple, hops, fig.

2021 Merlot Cabernet Franc

Nose: black cherry, strawberry 🍓, cacao, cinnamon, cloves, cassis, cranberry.

Palate: black currant, red cherry 🍒, pomegranate.

2021 Estate Cabernet Sauvingnon - brand new Club exclusive release

Nose: blackberry, cherry 🍒, raspberry, cacao, clove, black licorice.

Palate: cranberry, ruby red grapefruit, chocolate, mint, cinnamon, anise.

Cheese:

Double Cream Brie - creamy, buttery with a hint of mushroom on the palate.

Upper Bench Gold - our signature washed rind cheese, a must on every cheese board.

King Cole with Cacao Nibs - brand new Club exclusive release - our King Cole with the addition of cacao nibs.
