2023 Carte Blanche - brand new release

Nose: honeysuckle, nectarine 🍑, citrus, grapefruit, lemon 🍋, pear 🍐

Palate: Key lime , hops, peach, orange marmalade 🍊, citrus peel, apricot

2022 Chardonnay - the Chard everyone loves!

Nose: honey 🍯, lilac 🪻, vanilla 🍦

Palate: cantaloupe 🍈, pear 🍐, orange blossom, Ambrosia apple 🍎

2023 Riesling - Gavin's favorite!

Nose: honeysuckle, orange blossom, peach 🍑, apple

Palate: green apple 🍏, lime, blood orange, minerality

Cheese:

Double Cream Brie - a buttery, creamy round of bloomy rind goodness.

Gold - our signature semi-soft, washed-rind cheese; and best friend to our Chardonnay.

Grey Baby - our softest, mildest blue cheese without any veining.
