Corks & Curds Red Members you will be receiving the following 6 wines (two bottles each) and three pieces of hand-crafted cheese.

Wine:

2021 Merlot Cabernet Franc

Nose: black cherry, strawberry 🍓cacao, cinnamon, cloves, cassis, cranberry

Palate: raspberry, cherry, black currant, plum, vanilla, nutmeg

2022 Pinot Noir

Nose: strawberry 🍓 cherry, rose petal and anise

Palate: red currant, cherry 🍒 cranberry and clove

2021 Merlot

Nose: black cherry 🍒 cacao, liquorice and graphite

Palate: pomegranate, cherry 🍒 cloves and sage

Cheese:

French Gold - our original washed rind cheese, infused with French herbs.

Pepper Puck - this hard grating cheese should be grated on everything from soups, roasted veggies, eggs, salad & grilled protein.

King Cole - our most popular blue cheese, King Cole is a Stilton-style, creamy, flavourful blue that is aged to perfection.
