Corks & Curds White Members you will be receiving the following 6 wines (two bottles each) and three pieces of hand-crafted cheese.

Wine:

2023 Carte Blanche - brand new release

Nose: honeysuckle, nectarine 🍑, citrus, grapefruit, lemon 🍋, pear 🍐

Palate: Key lime , hops, peach, orange marmalade 🍊, citrus peel, apricot

2022 Chardonnay - the Chard everyone loves!

Nose: honey 🍯, lilac 🪻, vanilla 🍦, brioche

Palate: cantalope 🍈, pear 🍐, orange blossom 🌼, Ambrosia apple 🍏, hops

Cheese:

Okanagan Sun - a silky, aromatic, soft, washed-rind cheese with a smooth, intense flavour.

Red Wine Washed Farmer - our take on a Manchego style cheese, semi-firm, crumbly with a bit of a tang. This batch was washed weekly in red wine.

Moody Cow - think of Moody Cow as a tasty cross between Grey Baby and King Cole; if you are a fan of either of those cheeses, you will love this!
