Corks & Curds Red Members you will be receiving the following 6 wines (two bottles each) and three pieces of hand-crafted cheese.

Wine:

2022 Gamay Noir - brand new release!

Nose: strawberry 🍓, Rainier cherry 🍒, violet, nutmeg

Palate: black cherry 🍒, red plum, dark chocolate 🍫, baking spices

2021 Yard Wine - a great wine with a great story!

Nose: cinnamon, leather 💼, blackberry, plum

Palate: cherry 🍒, caramel 🍮, star anise, pomegranate, cacao 🍫

2021 Estate Merlot - brand new release!

Nose: blackberry, black pepper, cassis, blueberry jam 🫐, cranberry

Palate: chocolate 🍫 , raspberry, leather, cranberry, cherry 🍒, star anise

Cheese:

Okanagan Sun - a silky, aromatic, soft, washed-rind cheese with a smooth, intense flavour.

Red Wine Washed Farmer - our take on a Manchego style cheese, semi-firm, crumbly with a bit of a tang. This batch was washed weekly in red wine.

Moody Cow - think of Moody Cow as a tasty cross between Grey Baby and King Cole; if you are a fan of either of those cheeses, you will love this!
